Changes in the Morms Family

After many years of dedicated service, the MORMS family will miss Mrs. Julieta R Rayala as she retires to spend more time with her family and with the Oas Community College.
We would also like to welcome Ms. Gemma Sapo, ES I of Science for the division of Albay, to the family as she becomes the officer in charge of MORMS. We are exited to see what the future holds.
