This is a school disaster risk reduction management council organized in July 2008 as a commitment to the 2008 Summer Camp sponsored by United National Internation Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) and partner organizations. The goal is to spread the awareness and knowledge about correct disaster risk reduction management that was gained during the said camp and to promote a clean, green, and healthy environment.

In coodination with MORMS DRRMC, UNICEF and TABI (Tarabang sa Bicol) conducted a two-day First Aid Training on January 18-19, 2009 at MORMS campus. Ms. Eden Prado and Mr. Erwin Ocampino were the lecturers.
